Payment terms

Please note the following:
  • I use Toggl (time tracking software) to track all ad hoc hours
  • Invoices are sent on a monthly basis
  • 50% payment is due upfront for new clients and retainers
  • Payment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of receiving the invoice
  • Retainer hours cannot be carried over
  • All services are subject to contract – full terms and conditions on request
